Please note that because The Pause Gals retreats are limited to a number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help us work with guests to share in expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

Hold deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by The Pause Gals.

First 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start day, which is Dec 14th

The remaining 50% due is due by January 4th.

If a guest cancels after the first half of payment is made, but before the final balance due date 50% of the first payment will be refunded, less the deposit.

Guest cancellation within 29 days of your retreat will not receive any refunds, no exceptions.

Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
